Yesh ame.. I did update la. jus didn't post up.. :P
Ystd. Our Lady's Procession @ Novena. Was ttly NERVOUS!! :P Reached Church at 1+ was really early laz.. Thn had to do our makeup alrdy...Damn thick plz. but its coz of the lighting. Had our hair done too.. n the flower. really Pretty plz! shall put up pix soon hopefully.. ((: Val's the crown bearer n me n lina(correct?!) were the attendant.. round 5+ we were really Nervous alrdy?! my gosh.. my stomach was doin flip flops alrdy?! The procession didn't start till 6.15.. We had to walk really slowly.. for the round.. was nervous.. but tried to calm myself. Uncle James kept making us smile.haha. so nice of him.. coz we were suppose to keep smilin'.. but tt would really make u look retarded.. if like u weren't smilin at anybody or wt.. After we sat least felt bit better.. but coz of the weather there was quite a major hic cup.. like.. the sound system was down n the spotlights weren't workin! we felt so scared tt pT!! Trevor (guy in charge) came over and said we might have a problem, like if they cant fix it in time we would have to do it without the music.. I was so scared la! Like coz the time where i raised the crown in front of the crowd the funfare music was suppose to come on.. we were like praying so so hard that the system be alrite again?! THn like bout 5 mins before we brought the crown up for crowning.. The spotlight came on! like PRaised the Lord! Sighs of relief thre! It was our turn.. Constantly remindin myself to be careful esp when goin up the steps.. n hold Val's dress properly too.. all went well.. n when i was removing the crown for blessin.. my heart was racin! When Father was blessing the crown.. I was shakin man.. like quite badly.. tryin to control myself.. coz he took quite a while.. THn it was the moment.. turned.. n picked up the crown.. just tellin myself this is for Our Virgin Mary.. I hold my breath.. thn raised the crown.. THe music came on and just do wt i had ta do.. After puttin it back on the cushion.. I felt so good there.. Smiled and had a mutual understandin wif Val.. haha.. all was gd! ((:
Thn we had the crowning.. we were on time.. It really felt gd.. The Fathers were praising us on gd job done.. Did the Sowers proud! lolx. After givin the offertory we went down, back at our seats.. it jus really.. whao! like we did it.. keke.. Val hands were shakin frm holdin the crown all the way.. n mind you.. its heavy laz.. wif all the semi-precious gemstones. n also the 19carat melted gold(i tink?!) haha.. but its still lighter thn the dummy 1..
Every Year before procession starts.. it would rain?! as if Mary is crying showers of blessings for the beautifully decorated floral walls.. without fail; as if some sortta miracle.. (: And the Lord has definitely answered our prayers... Felt really Blessed.. And oh.. the flower gurls were really cute.. n the pageboy also laz.. lolx.. but i think he was really nervous he didnt really smile much.. n he was perspiring so much! lolx. Amen praised the Lord all was gd! ((:
